Cancellation Refund Conditions

eSIM Nexus Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

1. Introduction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy regulates the cancellation and refund conditions for eSIM services purchased through the www.esimnexus.com website. eSIM Nexus allows for cancellations and refunds under certain conditions, given the nature of the digitally delivered eSIM services.

2. Returns of Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal

2.1. Nature of Digital Products  

The Buyer cannot request a refund or cancellation after the activation of the eSIM service due to the instant provision of digital services. This falls under the cases where the "right of withdrawal cannot be exercised" as regulated by the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2.2. Non-Activated Services  

The Buyer may exercise the right to cancel within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase, provided that the eSIM service has not been activated. In this case, the Buyer’s payment will be refunded within 10 business days.

2.3. Active Usage and Cancellation Conditions  

Once the Buyer has activated the service and begun using it, no refunds will be issued. Cancellation requests will only be considered if the service has not been activated.

3. Cancellation and Refund Process

3.1. Cancellation Request  

The Buyer can submit a cancellation request by sending an email to support@esimnexus.com. The cancellation request will be processed once it is confirmed that the service has not been activated.

3.2. Refund Process  

The refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used by the Buyer during the purchase. Refunds will be issued to the credit card, debit card, or other payment methods within 10 business days after approval.

4. Refund Conditions

4.1. Conditions for Cancellation and Refund  

- The service must not have been activated.  

- The Buyer must submit the cancellation request within 14 days from the date of purchase.  

- No refunds or cancellations will be made for services that have been activated or used.

4.2. No Partial Refunds  

Once the eSIM service is activated and usage has begun, the Buyer cannot request a refund, even for partial usage of the service. eSIM Nexus does not offer refunds for partially used services.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

5.1. Technical Errors and Cancellation  

If the Buyer is unable to access the service due to a technical error caused by the Seller, the Buyer’s cancellation request may be accepted, and a refund will be issued. In this case, the Seller may request additional information from the Buyer and conduct an investigation within 7 business days.

6. Legal Regulations

6.1. This Cancellation and Refund Policy is regulated under the Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

6.2. In case of any disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.
